About Onos Brisibi

Onos Brisibi is a gospel singer,song writer who
have traveled to a lot of nations and continent
ministering in songs as her worship spills over
geographical borders and ignite a passion in
people around the globe for CHRIST. Onos is a
devoted christian who for years have supported
the music ministry of her church Christ
Embassy as a worship leader.
The name Onos Brisibi rings a bell in Nigeria,
U.K and the U.S. Onos Whose musical talent
dates back to the age of nine, became famous
and well accepted during her undergraduate
days at Delta State University where she
unleashed the potency of her vocal force from
the wide range of original songs and notable
repertoires of international artists such as
Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, Mariah Carey and
Aretha Franklin, earning her countless numbers
of admirers, friends and fans during her
university days.
The Formative years of the Nigerian home video
industry would have sufferd a great deal if the
likes of Onos Brisibi were not available to score
professional soundtracks, this is one of Onos’
areas of expertise and she has excelled at it
during her era of soundtrack she worked on
movies like ‘Deadly Passion’, ‘Domitila’, ‘Blood
Money’, ‘Dead End’, ‘Mortal Inheritance’,
‘Deadly Passion’ and ‘Shame’. She Also
ventured into acting and movie production,it
became glaring to keen observers that this
entertainer was marked for greatness.
Onos has been instrumental to the success
stories of the following Nigerian artists,
LAGBAJA, with whom she performed a duet in
his overwhelming album, “No Do GraGra”,
DANIEL WILSON, one of Nigeria’s reggae
sensations, which Onos backed up on the
album, Raggamuffin, THE MASKED, an
eurocentric highlife band, SAMMIE OKPOSO,
perhaps the biggest crossover gospel artist in
Nigeria. And any others, too numerous to
mention.
She won the FAME MUSIC AWARD (FMA) for
best upcoming artist, also she was honored with
the Diamond Special Recognition Award 2013
USA Edition and several nominations.
